Several years ago I was looking for a free plan to follow for eating healthier. There are plenty of plans that you can purchase, but I really wanted to find something free. I eventually found SparkPeople. This is an awesome website that helps you plan well balanced and healthy meals! It allows you to record your daily food intake and log in your daily exercise. The site then generates the nutritional information for the food that you have eaten and how many calories you have burned with the exercise that you entered. This website is great and it’s free!!!
