Weekly Menu

We have had a very hectic last couple of weeks, and, while we ate most meals at home, they were not as well-planned and well-balanced as I would have liked. Our evenings would have felt a lot less hectic these past few weeks if I planned out our meals. So, this week, I am going to make sure that I have a meal plan in place! Here is what we will be eating this week:

Breakfast: Cereal bars, banana
Lunch: Free CroisSONIC sandwich, strawberries, yogurt
Dinner: Mexican Stuffed Shells, corn, manderin oranges

Breakfast: Waffles, strawberries, smoothies
Lunch: Leftovers, yogurt
Dinner: Sausage Potato soup, homemade French bread, apples

Breakfast: Applesauce Oatmeal muffins, strawberries, smoothies
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Chicken and Rice Casserole

Breakfast: Applesauce Oatmeal muffins, smoothies
Lunch: Leftovers, yogurt
Dinner: Three-Cheese Baked Spaghetti, broccoli, homemade garlic bread

Breakfast: Applesauce Oatmeal muffins, blueberries, smoothies
Lunch: Beef hot dogs, baked potatoes
Dinner: Leftovers, fruit salad

Breakfast: Waffles, eggs, blueberries
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Mother’s Day meal for my mom – Pork tenderloin, green beans, potatoes, whole wheat French bread rolls, chocolate cake with peanut butter icing (You have to try this cake…it is very yummy – especially the icing!)

Hopefully, this will decrease some of our “hectiness” this week!
