Weekly Menu

Menu Planning Monday
I haven’t made a weekly menu in several weeks, and boy has my eating-out-budget taken a hit! We are so busy that if we do not have a meal plan in place we will eat out way more than we should. It’s ironic that when I am really busy, I don’t make a meal plan…and that’s when I really need it! Hopefully, we will do better this week with a menu in place. Here is what we have planned for this week:

Monday
Breakfast: Muffins, bananas
Lunch: Leftovers, salad
Dinner: Out

Tuesday
Breakfast: Muffins, bananas
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches, chips, yogurt, applesauce
Dinner: Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, Sour Cream Cornbread Muffins

Wednesday
Breakfast: Muffins, bacon, blueberries
Lunch: Leftovers, canteloupe
Dinner: Cheesy Sour Cream Herb Chicken, baked herbed potatoes, green beans

Thursday
Breakfast: Waffles, blueberries
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches, chips, yogurt, applesauce
Dinner: Swedish Meatballs with pasta, vegetable

Friday
Breakfast: Waffles, bacon, canteloupe
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Tuna patties, salad, canteloupe

Saturday
Breakfast: Biscuits, eggs, bacon, canteloupe
Lunch: Beef hot dogs, chips, salad
Dinner: Leftovers
